neurALC is a program intended for processing and analysis of neuronal multi-electrode recordings.

In the current version it offers functionality (e.g. PSTH, auto/cross-correlation, instant firing rate, spectrum, recurrence, extraction of firing patterns, etc.) to reveal and analyze some aspects of the information contained in such recordings. For the moment the NEV-format (version 2.0) is supported (some other file formats can be used after preprocessing using NEV2lkit); analytical results can be saved to ASCII text-files and/or stored in a MySQL database.
